With supply low, there's no reason to subvent the residuals at the moment. They will once demand drops.

Unfortunately, there are tons of people that will pay full price without considering a discount, residuals, or negotiation.

10% off, pre-incentive, is a decent discount these days, with inventory being tight. There are some brokers who have advertised in stock 2020 330i's at 12.5%, and orders at 10% off or more, for reference.

Make sure they don't mark up the MF on you. And I would suggest you don't put anything down, however. Keep the cash and use it to pay down the monthly. Reason being, if you total the car, insurance will not pay you out on your down payment. You just lose it.

Looks like no change for September ... definitely going to push my delivery past Oct 1. At this point, it may not be my choice with the car still "ready for transport"

bmwusa.com shows programs valid until end of September, with no change in residual or credits. I hope I'm wrong!

The broker I put my order thru said that the residual % increased by 1% and if your in a current lease or your lease ended in the last 12 months your getting another $500 on top of the loyalty incentive

Residual remains the same at 59%. You're correct that there is an additional $500 rebate available for current or recent BMW lessees.

Hi folks, I'm looking to get some input on a 2021 330i xDrive custom order in CA. Seems like there are no incentives (and I don't have a current lease and haven't had a BMW in the past).

MSRP: 56,000
Negotiated price: 49,280

Term: 36/12
Down payment: $0
Drive-off: ~$2500
Monthly: ~$550/month plus tax
Residual: 58%
MF: 0.00099

With 7 MSD: MF = 0.00064 (~$520/month)

Not sure why drive off is $2500 but I'm following up on that. Is this a good deal for a custom 2021? If there are incentives that come out later before order has arrived, can they be applied here?

Correct. I think it's $1000 this month if you have a current lease plus loyalty.

Looks like it's moving now. Showing in transit. Anyone else?

Any idea how long from Mexico to Northeast?
