New app pushed to my car tonight (330i) so looks like it's getting rolled out here in Aus as well.

Not sure it will be particularly useful tho! Maybe for Maccas Drivethru...??

Software update 03/2020.58 has a function which automatically opens the drivers side window.
You set the location when you are physically there. Eg Macca's drive through and car park entry points.

I got OTA update 11/2019.70 and I have it. If you do an app update on iDrive that may pull the new app in.

The Automatic Windows app. There's a few other posts about it in the non-Australia forums.

I'm on 03/2020.25, but sounds like 07/2019 are getting it too.

I didn't get it as part of a software update, it just randomly appeared last night.

I checked tonight, I’m on 07/2019 and after updating the apps, the auto window function is there. Not sure how useful it will be, but I can see the advantage

I had it for a couple of months but noticed tonight it has vanished lol

Looks like you can't input an address directly but have to physically be in the location then select as activation point?

I've used the location and select activation point and it works pretty accurately - use it a lot to get into carparks.
