Stage 2 Mission Performance Dravit Grey M340i w/ M Performance Parts

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Hey everyone!

Here's my M340i in Dravit Grey. Big thanks to Alex at Mission Performance and GetBMWParts for helping to get the car where it's at so far!

Mods:
M Perfomance Lip w/ Carbon Splitters
M Perfomance Carbon Mirrors
Shadowline Grill
VRSF Downpipe
Mission Performance Stage 2 Flash

I'll be sure to write up a review on the car with the tune later on and include some videos as well.

I'll get some better videos soon, and hopefully some 0-60 and 0-100 pulls with the tune. Here's a flyby.

Here's a few shots after washing her up today.

Looks amazing thanks for sharing!

Edit: Are you planning on more performance bits like sills or spoiler?

Dravit Grey is to die for. Amazing complex color! Great choice.

Did you get the front spoiler from BMW?

Thanks!

Definitely planning on the spoiler at some point. I'm a bit on the fence with the side skirts though.

Thanks! I love how much it changes in different light!

The front lip is an OEM M Performance part. I got it from GetBMWParts

Nice! great choice man, cannot say it enough!
Here in Germany if you want the front spoiler you need to buy the rear spoiler, otherwise they wont sell it to you. Because of the aero effect.

What kind of power did it put down and what was the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2?

It’s a shame you have to have those hideous orange reflectors installed on the front wheel arches in The States.
Car looks fantastic though

I didn't really stay on stage one for very long. I did my factory break-in, then did stage one for a few days, and went straight to stage two.

I can say there's a massive difference from stock to stage two. I'm sure if I switched back to stage one I could feel a noticeable difference though.

Alex at Mission Performance has been great helping me with switching things up on the tune remotely as well.

I agree. Hoping to get some paint matched reflectors soon.
Also really jealous that we don't get the laserlights in the US as well. The DRL's on these light are not great.

Thank you though!

Worth it to get the ind reflectors. I installed them myself, pretty easy. Looks much better.

Laser lights are available in the US. They are just a bit de-tuned. Looks like you have the basic LED lights.

Can't wait to hear what kind of numbers / times it makes.

I'm curious how it would do in a run vs an F80 M3!

Why does it have the 330i grill? Looks like you went with the shadowline grill for the 330, didn't like the diamond grill?

And an F80 M3 tuned to the same degree will gap it like its a Prius. 400 lbs lighter as well. Apples to oranges comparison IMO. Whatever floats your boat

Heck, I think this M340 will eat a Guilia Quadrofoglio or C63 AMG S in a straight line as well.

Absolutely fantastic car either way! Dravit Gray is delicious, no other word for it.

C63S will be tough, guess we'll have to find out and post a video here.
