I got my ‘22 m440i back from the body shop after most of the front end was replaced.

My detailer quoted me around 2k to do paint correction and fix the overspray and recoat the new parts. I don’t plan to keep the car for more than 2 more years.

Should I just deal with it being 1/2 quoted until I sell it or pay to have it redone?

Not worth getting it coated and corrected again if the car will be gone in 2 years or less. Save the money for the next car.

I agree. If you want proper sheeting and beading, then use other products to do so.

And there should not be overspray. If there is, take it back and have them fix their substandard work.
