No, this picture does not prove the G80 will have the same grill as the G82. Those holding out hope for what most of us already accept as fact still have more time.

And yes, the green car is definitely the rear end of the G80 since it has G20 tail lights.

To clarify, those asking that question would be correct in that technically, the picture in itself is not unequivocal visual 'evidence'.
Even though the writing is on the wall, you may still hold out until the last second, if you wish.

Here's the original high-res photo, where one can clearly identify that the G80 is the green car on the left and the G82 is the yellow car on the right.

I believe the M4 will have that huge grille. But I still hold out hope that the M3 will have something more toned down.

The logic would say yes, that is indeed Isle of Man Green

Seems that the speck of green was the unintended side effect of BMW wanting to make sure all of their PDC sensors were working properly during testing. Probably wouldn't be very effective if covered by camouflage

Hopefully they won't get the ugly lip spoilers they've been putting on M cars as of late. Just look at how ridiculous it looks on the M8.

That paint color is absolutely fantastic. I didn't think I would like a color as much as I like Techno Violet, but this color has got me thinking . . .

Not in the market for a G80/G82, but I'm looking forward to the full reveal!

I was gonna say the same thing. I think the M3 will have the normal grille, I think the 4 series will have the buck teeth.
