New 330e with a groaning from front suspension when fully turned

My front suspension (I believe?) makes a groaning sound when I do a full turn, very easily producible when in a parking lot, but not something I have heard on the road. Happens with both a left / right full turn. Best explained with a video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dCf...ew?usp=sharing

I have tried this in electric / hybrid / sport modes, with the steering and suspension in both comfort / sport mode, the sound stayed regardless of setting. Had a quick word with someone at my dealership, and they said its normal since these cars have a very tight suspension. I still only have ~150 miles on the car, Is this something that dampens over time?

Car details: 2022 330e Base Trim with Adaptive M Suspension. Did visually inspect the suspension/wheel assembly, and my layman eyes did not notice any red flags.

2020 330e M sport here and can confirm when the steering is in full lock that it makes this kind of sound. I only notice it though when I use the parking assistant due to the dry steering moments

BMW 320e same issue

I have a 320e that make the same noise effect.
I have claim it for 2 dealers but they said that is normal and that I can't turn the wheel and brake at same time...so it a matter of bad use and not a car problem...
Our cars have same problem, does any one knows what could it be?
Apparently it's generated in the shaft sleeves...I don't know but someting is not good.
