hi, does anybody know of coil overs or suspension set up that is more comfortable than standard m sport suspension on M340i?

Yes, all of the higher end coilovers will be be more comfortable and perform better than stock suspension.

Do you know how much more comfortable the ride gets in comparison to the m sport? I did some research and it looks like these type of coil overs are made for performance. The decrease the height of the car which creates less suspension travel.

Comfort is subjective. In my anecdotal experience, the Ohlins R/T was far more comfortable than my stock Evo X suspensión. I’ve ridden in a G20 with Ohlins (passenger) and it also seemed much more compliant, especially over cracks and bumps in the road.
