anyway to address brake dust on g22???

Stock 2021 g22 with 10k miles. Brake dust is all over the vehicle and makes bimmer look like 💩...
Can the brake pads be replaced and leave the rotors? If so what pads are recommended.

Bimmer is daily driver, no auto cross or aggressive driving.

Ceramic coat the rim. Dust will be there but wash off easier.
