Bravo to BMW for trying something new and different. I can't wait to see these bad boys on the road! Now bring the M3 wagon with this look to the US and you got a buyer here.

Does anyone else think a 9.3:1 compression ratio means there is a fair amount of headroom for adding boost?

They look amazing! I think I like the new grille
M3 rear fenders are again wider than M4, looks more aggressive! M Performance parts look good! But mostly the new exhaust layout and the CF wing. The wing looks more fitting than that of the last gen GTS. I see some major innovations. Exhaust tips are also round which they messed up in the new 4 series M Sport. Kudos to BMW for trying something new and not playing it safe. |

It’s going to be a long wait until next summer...especially when these start showing up on the streets which they will, in numbers this being Microsoft and Amazon HQ. Patience...

Wonder how much labor is involved to re-do the quad exhaust into rapid artillery machine gun rear? The front has a COVID mask. Reminds me of the Spy Hunter video game, where is the smoke screen for the front grill and oil slick for the rear😂

Well, I was holding out hope that they might change the front end for the final version, but nope. This will for sure be a turning point and historical marker for BMW and M in general. Similar to when Acura sabotaged their own brand with the giant "shield" grill.
It's been fun though BMW, thanks for all of the memories. |
