I simply don't want to spend money on this. A bit too much going on plus those grilles... yuck mate.

I love the new M4 render. It's also nice to see some members coming around. This car is going to be a hit.

Why do all the renders show a cut line across the front of the hood even though the concept car shown here does not have this cut line? Is there some factual basis to expect this ugly cut line?

I’m afraid I just don’t like it. I’m not saying I never will, but it doesn’t make my wallet fall open by itself like the F8x did. Front end is way too busy and the grilles look rediculous.

...because the car will have the hood line. It was already confirmed by our resident BMW insider.

The invite from BMWNA for the Petit Lemans says that BMWNA will "premier a brand new product". Could this be the m3? Seems like they've already "premiered" everything else?

Spy shots apparently show a hood-line similar to the F3X

It doesn't matter whether horizontal, vertical or honeycomb, that grill ruins the car. Far too prominent and simply can't be ignored. Maybe this is the incentive I need to move downstream and spend less money on my next car.

I really might have to abandon BMW, which has been my football team for 20 years, if this is what it's actually going to look like. The grilles are hideous. And I hate how they got rid of the Hoffmeister kink, which was one of the best parts of any BMW.

The front of the 3er looks so good. Why couldn't they just make that a little sleeker? I'm just so, so disappointed.

I also don't like the switch to a cloth roof on the convertible.

Very fresh. Nice to see the folding hardtop fad has past away.

Agreed. I remember when the F8x M4 concept was show, I was like "It will be MINE!!" Not saying that this won't be nice or fast, it just doesn't do it for me. Maybe I'm just getting old. :
