I'm not sure that they will fit M340i. But if they will it will be great upgrade for Pure 800 etс owners.

Wow I don't think I've ever seen upgraded camshafts in the BMW world. I guess it took having a Toyota Supra with the same engine.

Yes i have only seen cams for the older Bmw engines not like the N54 and newer engines.
This is a benefit for the Bmw world that Bmw shared its engine with Toyota.

S14, S52, S54, S85 and S65 engines all have aftermarket camshaft options. It’s definitely not something new for BMW engines and definitely not due to BMW working with Toyota on the Z4-Supra.

I haven't seen/heard in the past about cams for N54/N55/S55/B58.

Schrick makes cams for the N54. You don’t need cams to easily reach 800+ whp & 800+ lbf-ft on an S55. People have exceeded 1000 whp/lbf-ft on the s55 with stock cams - it’s the turbos and internals that limit the power this motor can make. The S65 was in production at the same time as the n54 but you don’t consider it a “n54 and newer BMW engine”?

I guess I meant more so for newer generation turbocharged engines... I should have been more specific

Okay didnt know shrick made cams for the N54.

The N54 dont have valvetronic like for example that the N55 S55 and B58 has therefore from my understanding its been problematic to develop cams for these engines.
But these issues has now been solved according to Kelford.
