Rusty Differential

Hello!

Is it normal for the differential housing to be so rusty in those spots? Should I be worried and apply some coating?

I've had the car for 6 months now and put 10.000 miles on it. It rained pretty heavily here in Romania for the past 2-3 months and some days I didn't keep it in the garage.

Rust on the surface is pretty normal for cars.
