I think it all comes down to preference. I personally wouldn't want the car without the Msport package but that's only my opinion.

They nailed the Sport line design on the G20. Unlike previous generations like E90 or F30 where you really needed to upgrade to M Sport to get the full potential of the car.
With G20, choosing Sport line package with a set of 18 or 19 wheels is enough to make the car look awesome.

Took some quick yesterday. I already added front lip, diffuser, trunk lip, side skirts, tint, gloss black m340i badge, gloss black roof. Added all that a few months ago, just never got around to take images. But definitely will be taking more

. Next step, add new exhaust.

Sometimes it also boils down to budget constraints, especially in Netherlands where a pretty standard 320i sport line with 18" wheels easily ticks USD65.000.....ridiculous car taxes we have down here

In my case I would love to have an M sport version, however the lease budget limits myself and I decided for a:

- BMW 320E PHEV Touring
- AlpinWeiss
- Vernasca Leather interior (Mocha)
- Model Sport line
- High executive
- 18" wheels styling 781 bi color ferric grey, from luxury line (only possible option with 320E)
- laser lights
- live cockpit professional, bmd drive connected II
- sport seats/heated seats
- shadowline
- Hifi system
- ambiance lighting package
- tinted windows
- MY2022

I wanted cognac interior but no more possible for MY2022, might switch to sensatec cognac instead, still possible.

To the extend of my budget a great looking car, could always be nicer but yeah need to draw the line somewhere.

Delivery in 1 month time, will post some pictures once on the drive way.

I'm returning to BMW after 9 years, in between Volvo V60 twin Engine PHEV (tax driven decision) and a polestar 2 EV for a year now .... ultimately choosing again for a BMW

Finally joined the BMW club about a month and a half ago. Got a really solid lease deal from a local car concierge in Boston on a 2021 330i Xdrive w M Sport package. I changed out the grill and really only plan on upgrading the sound system, so I’ll definitely be frequenting the forums for info on that!

Well, here we go, Not so flashy as the M sport version, although imo BMW did a good job with the 2021 Model Sport Line. In alpine white, 18" rims, black glossy trim and tinted rear windows it looks sporty enough to me, with a sense of elegance still. I had no choice of other 18" rims, these are luxury line version, but OK to me with the white exterior; 255mm width on the rear. 245mm front width tyres.

Its a 320E, plugin hybrid, with 2L petrol and 113bhp electric motor in the gearbox. software downsized version of the 330E, same drivetrain though. can be chiptuned upwards. It drives amazingly smooth already, and even in full electric mode it drives well with traffic. Yesterday I managed to drive 55km on a single charge combined city/country roads (no highway). Fast enough for me, very smooth, and I came from a Polestar 2 (410 Bhp) ;-)

Happy with the Mocca leather interior, my first choice was cognac but no more available for MY2022; Mocca looks pretty descent with the light ceiling and white exterior.
