Can anyone confirm if 18" wheels do in fact fit over the M-Performance red brake upgrade??

I have factory 19" RFT Bridgestone Turanza tires, staggered. With only 7,500 miles, the rears already need replacing. I'm not an aggressive driver. The car handles well and the tires are wearing fine, except much faster than I would have expected. Any others seeing short tire life...this short? The dealer tells me 10,000 miles on the rear is about all to be expected. I'd be interested if this has been the experience of others.

Also, not so much for tire wear, but has anyone tried swapping down to 18 inch RFT, square set up? Thinking about making a swap for possible improved cruising. The 19's are great for handling (if I were on a track), but on long trips, I find the handling a bit tiring. Thinking 18's might be a little better. Thoughts?

Boston roads suck! I have 18's, AS, NRF's. I don't have M adaptive suspension and wanted a less harsh ride. I'm happy with the square setup.

19 is a better option, and Michelin PS4 is the best tire to install.

People in the forum are saying the all-season tires can not provide enough traction, which makes me hesitant to go with AS tires. Would you mind sharing your experience of running with AS tire on M340i? Is there any traction issue? Thanks!

I can report no issues on traction at all. Fingers crossed, the car has been flawless. But I'm not driving more than 7/10ths at any time. For maximum performance go summer/winter set-up. That's just not a convenient option for me here.

I need all seasons and just replaced the OEM 19" RFT Bridgestone Turanza RF's with non RF Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 plus, huge improvement in all areas, I was actually surprised how much better they are

I have a similar issue. My rear Bridgestone Turanza only had roughly 12k on it, inner tread probably having 3-4/32 left. The front tire still have 6-7/32 left.
