Will a 30ml bottle of cquartz be enough for 2 coats?

About to order CQUARTZ uk 3.0 (30ml)
And a 30ml bottle of Gliss.

Will each bottle be enough for 2 coats on a 430i? (Total 4 coats)
Also, where can I buy additional applicator cloths that come with the CQUARTZ UK 3.0? They look like small white cloths.

Sounds like a lot of coats for only 30ml, but I really don't know.

Yes, these are the right ones or any offbrand found on amazon. Since it is only a one time use, as long as they are lintless it should be fine.
