Code power tailgate lever opposite function?

after all this time my brain still cannot get which way to push/pull the tailgate lever to open/close the tailgate

is there a way to code the reverse? on the 5 series the option is on idrive itself i think. so there must be a way to code the option to appear?

Yes you can change the behavior of the switch.
It´s possible with Bimmercode or with every E-Sys based tool if you know the values.
