Driving myself nuts trying to decide between M440i convertible, E450 Cab and S5 Cab.

Have my eyes on a m440i but it does not have dynamic handling package. Is this a big deal seeing how they come with some M like upgrades anyhow?

Second question for those that own the M440i Convert…comfortable for long trips? This is why I am keeping the e450 in the running…comfort for road trips.
