Looks good. Not sure why they chose to use such terrible renders.

If I read correctly, the inline 6 will weigh around 3200 which in today’s day and age, is light considering other, similar cars.

I am guessing that the deal between BMW and Toyota was that BMW would make a roadster and Toyota a coupe. So if I am right, BMW won't make a coupe. As to the manual......?

Looks fairly similar to the 86/BRZ, but at least has a great motor in it. Doesn't look radical enough IMO. I would have liked it to have fender bulges like the M2.

I guess, since I'm old, I have lost my eyesight, because I really like it. I also think that it is way better looking than the previous model. It's sharp and crisp and aggressive looking. But that is apparently just me

I'm with ya.

I also don't knock cars until I see them in person anyway. I personally think that GTR's don't look very good in photos, but when you see them in person they just have a presence about them that is quite nice.

I personally believe it's too tiny to be a true Supra! They have always been a 2+2.

I think if this was the new 86, there would only be excitement. An 86 with a more powerful engine is what everyone wanted. However because this is a Supra, people were expecting a lot more. Especially after looking at the FT1.

Overall it looks fine to me except for the strange front bumper. I dunno why they made the front splitter look that way on the sides. Its like they tried to fit the splitter from a smaller car onto it. Hopefully they correct this in the facelift or performance model.
