Is this a joke? The camera stitching is so off that my previous F32 435i is better than this. Just pick up my new 2020 m340i. Among this and a lot of other issues.

Build date is Oct 23 and I don't have driver recorder, no galvanic control as stated on spec sheet. They also mismatch the interior trim.

Where is BMW's quality control? Is this Tesla?

Actually a lot of small issues, feel like Parkview BMW didn't even do PDI.

1. Trim mismatch
2. Camera stitching issue
3. Galvanic control missing
4. Drive recorder missing
5. Tire repair kit missing (I have 791m ps4s non-run flat)

Omg seriously?? That's terrible! My build was only a week after yours so it better come with the galvanic controls. I got the open pour oak as well...better not be mismatched. How did this pass PDI??

Ooof that's frustrating. Mine was built right around yours as well. The trim mis match is such an egregious mistake its hard to believe someone didn't see it. Make them build you a new one.

I can't believe the dealership would deliver it to him like that!

That's what I'm saying! When I took delivery of my car I went around it close up for an hour, looked at everything I could to see if I saw any defects. I was waiting for the finance department for almost two hours so I had alot of time to kill.

There are a few more issues but nothing that can't be fixed. Dealer or BMW Canada will have to pay for all these parts of course.

It seems the Galvanic is not a US option so I dont have that.

I believe the drive recorder isnt even available yet? I definitely dont see it on my car and cant seem to find anything on the forums about people actually having it.

Galvanic controls are definitely supposed to be on this trim level in Canada. My build specifically says so as well.

Mine is supposed to arrive in Halifax on Tuesday. Not sure how long it takes to get to the dealer from there. I'll definitely be asking a lot of questions before I even go take delivery.

You can definitely see the camera is not adjusted properly or software is buggy. The front and rear didn't stitch properly!

Should be delivered before Christmas. It took 2 weeks for me from arriving at Halifax to delivery.

And that's fine as well if they reduce the price. Although I'm going to fight for more than $200 😉

So my car arrived at the dealership today. They are doing the PDI in the next few days from my understanding. They have (verbally) confirmed to me that they are upgrading the iDrive software to 11/2019 which will make the drive recorder work. They said it does have the galvanic controls (still waiting on pictures as proof), and that the tire inflation kit is there. They also confirmed that my open pour oak trim is consistent throughout (I actually showed them the picture from your post). They seemed aware of your situation since Grand River BMW and Parkview BMW are owned by the same group. Only time will tell I guess!

One thing I thought came standard was the digital key (credit card key thing). They told me that wasn't available on any 3 Series in Canada. I didn't see it listed on the BMW Canada site either but I've seen a lot of reviews talking about it. Perhaps only for other markets? Did yours come with one?
