Sharing my own order as a data point.
MSRP 45820 (pretty basic trim since it's our backup car) Potential federal ev credit 58xx Dealer discount 1250 Loyalty credit 500 State credit 750 Actual cost before tax: 37520 This is effectively 18% off MSRP Car is now in scheduled for production state and hopefully get built later this month and delivery by December |

Sounds about right after everything is said and done, but the purchase price will still be $44,070 plus tax and fees as the federal tax credit doesn't apply at the time of sale yet. They unfortunately put the CA clean air discount on hold until further notice after the end of August, so the $750 is no longer available. I am in the same boat, but the mess with all of these rebates is annoying. Still about a 15-16% discount in the long run, but only a 4-5% off at the time of purchase for your purchase on the post tax values.
