Just like the title says. Parked in the garage and turned off the car.

As I go to grab my key, I notice my headlights flash orange a couple times and then the car remote started.

Wasn’t on the app and definitely didn’t triple click the key fob. This has happened two or three times before and I’ve searched fhe forums, but haven’t found anything concrete. Saw other owners say the same thing a few years ago, but curious if anyone has been noticing this recently as well?

Car was turned off via the engine start/stop button inside the vehicle. Only thing I can possibly think of is somehow clicking into the precondition vehicle option as I turned the car off bc of the control knob.

I got the same thing happened to me twice over the past few months owning the car. Might be a software thing

Have 2020...same thing... I'll shut off car from inside. If I don't open the door to get out it will restart. Now when I shut off, I immediately open door so it does not restart...only does it if I stay inside with the door closed...very strange

This sounds like a safety issue. If the car is running in your garage you could get Carbon Monoxide into your home. Unless you have a home CO alarm you would never know as its odorless tasteless colorless.

If it's consistently reproducible why not bring it in? Doesn't sound normal at all.
