A couple takeaways:
About half the premium pack content is standard (base price making more sense) Premium pack is half the price as 330, result of all the stuff made standard Looks like the adaptive suspension is standard but can't tell for sure, either way pricing guide has it as no charge option |

I have two questions.
1) What is this option: "ZTK Cooling and HP Tire Package"? And what is the included feature in that package: "33T M Technology package"? 2) Why do some of the wheel configurations have the front and rear wheel sizes different? |

That's your new "track pack". It includes better cooling for the track (we do not know exactly as nothing has been fully published) and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The mobility kit is a portable inflator with some goo in it in case you get a flat since the tires are non-runflat.

A lot of things are No Charge (like Power Trunk and M Adaptive Suspension) that are charges on the 330i. Also certain packages are a few hundred bucks cheaper like ZPP.
Overall, MSRP the way I want it configured is $66,820 (including destination) which is just a few hundred more than my 2017 340i xDrive with MPPSK was configured (MSRP of $66,545). That is nearly all of the options (Metallic Paint, Leather, ZDA, ZDY, ZPK, ZPP, Rear Heated Seats, ZPX, HK Radio). Not sure if I need to add the PDC since I think it is included in the packages, and not sure what the difference is between the standard Ambient Lighting and the optional one. Will have to see once it gets closer to time for me to order (my lease isn't up until October). But I'm starting to think I may be in another BMW! Using the current lease rates of the 330i and assuming a 5% discount off MSRP plus $2K loyalty, and assuming I can roll over my MSDs, the monthly works out to $779 which is not great - however, my dealer said they would sell to me for under invoice for being a repeat customer. That worked out to closer to 10% off MSRP for my 2017 340i, and it that were the case, my monthly would be ~$679 which is not too big of an increase over what I am paying now. |

The Cooling Option is very exciting - it is teh same as 8 series
Here is the description from 8 series Enhance the cooling performance of the BMW 8 Series with a more powerful cooling fan and an additional engine oil cooler. High-performance tires will match the aggressive racing pedigree of your 8 Series with improved traction, reduced stopping distance and enhanced dynamic response. So you get : - Better Cooling fan - Extra Oil Cooler - Micelin PS4 or better tires - non run flat summer high performance guarantees option 840 - increased speed limiter to 155MPH - 19 inch wheels included - mobility kit (goo) instead of spare tire or in other world - free electric tire pump |

the M340i has the new virtual cockpit standard (along with about half the premium pack, and has the new 382hp B58. these are coming to the X3 with the 2020 m40i model arrival in the fall, lets see how that affects the price delta.

PDC is included with Parking Assistance or Executive packages. The standard ambient lighting will just shine light on the center console and footwells. Ambient Lighting(4UR) will run across the dash and doors and be able to change colors like in the 5/7/X3/X5

Edit: So I went to the BMW-UK 8 Series website, configured an M850i, clicked on the "Show Details" link for that package, and it reveals the package includes... absolutely nothing. So it seems that this is a mystery even to BMW, LOL. |
