Hey I have a 2020 m340 and the blinker is silent. Is that how they come?

I don't think even it can be disabled for legal reasons. Did you buy pre-owned?

Its fake, the lever does nothing on a BMW, just for looks inside... so that's why its quiet, its not actually doing anything ;-)

Try putting in more blinker fluid the sound should come back.
