Is your car an early production? Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Mine was built in September '19.

Mine was built November 2018 and I have it. I think that's about as early as it gets so shouldn't have anything to do with that.

Everything is the same as before. I could see Spotify then and I can see it now.

I have noticed that the "Hey BMW" voice recognition is much better than before. Some much quicker and precise. Other than that, I don't see much of a difference vs 11/2019.

Yeah it seemed like some regions didn't get that option even on the same software build. My car came with an earlier build of your 11/2019 and it definitely had the steering wheel heating on based on ambient temperature.

Mine's 6/19 build with DAP and no updates either. Still on 07/2019.39 since I picked up in February and drive recorder also not available on the connected drive store.

I called genius and they said each VIN gets the OTA pushed based on some criteria so I'll just have to wait.

My car is still at the dealer for service but when I log into ConnectedDrive today I can see that Drive Recorder is finally available to me. So presumably they updated my software.
I had to play the "3D view not working "card to get them to do it though.

I'm still on 7/2019 and no OTA updates for me.

My connecteddrive hasn't been working since I bought the car so I will be taking it to the dealer and having them update it for me

Was finally updated to 03/2020.58 today. Dealer made it a very difficult process.

Seems like all my settings were saved, except my Remote Start feature was reset along with other misc. things such as tips and notifications.

I ended up resetting iDrive and signing back in anyways.

It's really quite silly that they haven't added it when performing a software update considering some of the things they have added in with software updates. It makes me question if there's just a forgotten flag somewhere...

6/19 build. On 07/2019.47 updated by dealer in 09/2019, and Drive Recorder also not available on the connected drive store. I seem to remember that Drive Recorder is only available to vehicles after a certain date, but reading some of the posts here that appears to be false.

Scheduled oil change/maintenance next month, I'll get the upgrade then, hopefully late enough in the month to get a 07/2020 update.

To those in the US who have gotten an OTA update, were you notified in the vehicle or on the ConnectedDrive app?
