What supplier did you use for making wires? Does BMW sell wire?

pin, wiring... self made
bmw oem wires harness very expensive

Man this is incredible, I wish there was a shop in the US that does retrofits like this. It would be great to be able to use your videos as a guide, but idk that I would even be able to. If you, in some way, “sell” your retrofit service or product in the US, let me know as there are quite a few I’d like to do myself (power tailgate, kick to open, etc..)

I know, i had to rewire cables for speakers, but what i have to do more?

Did you figure out how to install Active Ventilation Seats? I can see that it can go directly from G80 M3 or X3M, X4M and M8, but from G80 its all straight fit because pattern also can be matched with rear bench, and rear bench is also with heating option.

I also noticed (but I'm maybe wrong, maybe our can be just coded) that front ventilation module IHKA has to be changed from G80 ones and recoded to G20

any info regarding this retrofit

I have HK with MGU

You need change booster and new wiring about mid unit.
Hk's booster is only subwoofer wired.
Bot bw booster is mid & subwoofer.

Do you have a part number for the trunk upper cover and the under hood insulation or are they custom?

For the M340i Diffuser + Exhaust, I saw online I would need a new bracket too. Is that the case? If you ordered diffuser brand new, did it come painted?

For the brake upgrade, did you need to change anything other than calipers/pads/disks?

hood insulation is a genuine part.
trunk upper cover sold by AliExpress.

diffuser needs to change the bracket and has glossy black or carbon color.

For the brakes, you can buy the m340i used parts set.
As a rule, the booster and cylinder should also be replaced for 4p only, but it doesn't matter much.

I am curious tho about the iDrive controller i have wanted a crystal controller and gear for a while but will the touch control still work?
