new profile for wife - clone my profile as a starter?

the only reason to have a new profile for wife as i see it, is so her seat and mirror won't mess up my seat and mirror position, otherwise i would like everything else the same.

is it possible to clone my profile settings to use as a base/starter when creating new profile for her?

actually i don't know if the seat position will change with different profile - will it?

it's a shame the rear view mirror and steering wheel can't be changed lol

Why not just use the seat memory buttons then? That's what I did since my wife and I like everything the same except seat position and mirror position.

But there's 2 memory locations for exactly this - set yours to 1 and hers to 2

Of course we want it to work automatically and connected to each key, don't we?
But I don't know a way to make a copy. Copying settings from the guest profile to a new account is (per operating manual) possible, but OP would need also the other way around to copy his settings.

Just bite the bullet and redo your settings for her. I would think the most difficult one would be the HK equalizer settings where both Base/Treble and counting klicks has to be replicated.

But maybe these settings is preserved when switching from a personal profile to the guest profile. In that case copying from the guest account when creating her profile could help.

When you use the seat memory button, exterior rear view mirror positions get saved as well.

thanks for the reminder, i should adjust mirrors and save the seat.

also discovered that the seat and mirrors are different for the different profiles.

if only the rear view mirror and the steering column were electric so they can be saved too lol.
