used 2020 M340 HELP

Im new to the community so bear with me if the formatting isnt correct!

I've been in the market for a m340 for a few months and i finally found one with all the packages i wanted... I wanted some opinions on weather its worth it.

The m340 has 36k miles on it and the asking price is 43k im looking to lease it and i am located in the east coast and this would be my first car purchase so any advice would help greatly, thanks!

If it has the packages you want and is in great shape it seems ok. It's on the lower end of the pricing scale. Can you lease a 4 year old used car?

You can only lease NEW cars. Banks will not "lease" used.
