Oil Changes have been done every 3-4K miles, rear brakes were changed in December i believe.

The performance mods can be removed at buyers request.

Vehicle hasn't never been taken to a dealership so the warranty has never been in question. Also has a CPO warranty that is good for another 5 years I believe.

Interesting car. fyi - CPO warranty is in effect for a total of five years from the original in-service date, unlimited mileage.

Yes— you are indeed correct my mistake. The original in-service date was 1/15/2020 and the CPO warranty expires on 1/15/2025 as I've checked my paperwork.

Price? Also keep in mind the CPO warranty is basically void at this point for powertrain due to the flash tune.

Well, warranty is the issue. I haven't taken it to a dealership since I've bought it. They are unaware of it being tuned. I think if I removed it today and drove the next 500 miles w/o a tune it wouldn't been issue and would not see it was tuned as all shadow codes would've been removed, and the parameters such as boost, fuel/air mixture etc have been reset and don't point to unusual activity like a tune.

I am not sure about the price yet, I am gauging what someone might pay for this and I am looking for serious buyers only, at that point I'd consider an offer.

Doesn't matter if you remove the tune, lock the DME again, etc. Once the DME has been unlocked its game over except for some magic that mission performance has seemed to figure out.

ASFAIK BMW doesn't look under the hood anymore and simply looks at parameters like boost. If there is an alarming amount of boost, the warranty will be flagged, (null/and voided). But if the parameters are in normal range there shouldn't be an issue.

Ok well in that case. Consider the warranty voided. Or potentially voided either it's buying a used vehicle.
