Help with Ista D

I have Bimmerlink and it is showing multiple faults on my car. I recently installed Ista on my laptop and it shows nothing - 100% green. I'm pretty sure the faults in Bimmerlink are accurate. Is there a reason Ista is not picking these up? Maybe there is a problem with the software or installation? Appreciate any help, thank you.

Might be history faults.
