Hi guys,

My G20 has disabled rear seat belt reminders and I'm not sure why.
The cluster displays all 3 rear seats as red and there's an error in ECU.

My suspicious is that someone has coded it to turn it off.
I found information that you can code SbrVariantTr2L, SbrVariantTr2M, SbrVariantTr2R in ACSM but BimmerCode doesn't support it :/

Does anyone know if this is a correct lead or there's another possibility to turn it off?

Which error do you have? You can use esys to code it. If you have enet cable i can code it for you remotely.

The coding you posted is for disabling seatbelt reminders. For the error you have i can try code them off.

A software update would probably overwrite them back to defaults aswell surely. Is the car due a OTA update by any chance
Possible alternative if not happy with coding

I have the latest version for sure.
Does it mean that G20 has rear seat sensors but for some reason it doesn't work on my car?

Solved. I took apart the rear seats and it turned out the connectors were disconnected
