Does your idrive reboot while using CarPlay?

I've noticed about 4-5 idrive restarts while using CarPlay where it goes blank for a few seconds losing audio then continues back on ? I'm on the 7/19 software. Just wondering if this is requiring an update or what ?

A reboot lasts longer than a few seconds in my experience. Seems odd.

Yeah that's not an iDrive reboot, it's just CarPlay glitching out. Pretty common from what I've read on 07.2019 software. 11.2019 is said to make CarPlay more stable.

Definitely doesn't do it on 11/2019. Software upgrade time!

I noticed a definite improvement in Car Play functionality after my car got the 11.2019 software upgrade.
