Soft Close Doors Retrofit
I was looking at purchasing this, just want to know if anyone has tried it or if there is an alternative. Sick of the kids slamming the doors.

Why not just retrofit with OEM parts?

Normally, BMW use same locks on all cars without soft close, so then its possible to use locks from any other BMW model (you have to check the OEM locks on the G2x). I did f.ex retrofit of E70 Soft Close door locks in my earlier E60, and I did G11 Soft Close door locks in my i3S.
The locks are not "smart", so the SC-motor requires pos and neg wires only.
