My 330i didn’t come with the ambient lighting package so i had it installed just like the oem version with oem parts by a really cool shop, (they also added fiber optic lights and foot wells but i removed the foot wells and kept the regular lights there instead and covered the door handle fiber optic light because i don’t like them. the door pocket fiber optics are a nice touch that i did keep though)

What is that color light you have in the picture looks cool and I wonder if mine has that as a choice.

Is it possible to post some pictures with the other lights on as well for reference for other that may be considering doing the same.

Thanks man, & it’s called green in the settings, to me it resembles a teal kind of green.

I can take more pictures of other colors tonight when it gets dark and reply with them here

I have to check my settings because my green looks like green if I remember correctly and not teal. Teal is sharp looking.

it’s the same 11 colors bmw offers & the shop coded the car to recognize it and it’s controlled by the infotainment system

If i’m not mistaken you can code teal into the place of your green using bimmercode

Have yet to try Bimmercode or Bimmerlink because my computer skills suck and I'm afraid to mess up

Here are some of the different colors, the whole system was coded to recognize the ambient lighting so it utilizes BMW’s ambient lighting features. The close up picture of the door is to show the fiber optic light in the door pocket to illuminate what’s in there. Also it does have the feature where it flashes red when you open the door

Thanks for the added pictures. Definitely an excellent mod to add the lighting. The ambient lighting should be standard if you ask me.

The fiber lighting in the door pockets looks really nice as well and I would not cover it up.

Thanks man, and i like the fiber optics in the door pockets too the ones i ended up covering were the ones in the door handle you can’t see them in the picture but they looked kinda ridiculous to me lol
