Technically yes. They do improve handling. But if you install 10-15mm spacers, will you notice the improvement in handling? I'm willing to bet no. Unless you're a professional and your butt can feel every tiny pebble on the road, the improvement in handling will not be noticed. Also, I believe some race tracks don't allow cars with spacers because of safety reasons? I could be wrong. I thought I read something like that somewhere.
