Glad I bought F80 M3 - will be skipping G80 altogether.

First the hideous grill now the ugly diffuser with black trim. Looks like something Hyundai would do with their “sport” trim.

That's pretty narrow! My m4 has 285 and I will upgrade to 295 when I'll switch tires

My guess is that the full diffuser is not installed yet in that pic. I could be wrong.

Need to see the full, finished product but I think it looks good so far. Now sure why some people are freaking out, we at least pretty much knew what the rear would look like.

Body colored diffuser is truly atrocious, but in general the rear end with those beautiful fender flares look pretty damn good to me!

I'm sure it's been repeated endlessly, but it's crazy how the taillights and the trunk look almost identical to the Lexus GS

My guess is the black diffuser trim, black lip spoiler, whatever black front lip crap they will have will be an option package to come in CarbonFiber costing $3-5k. Carbon Roof might be $$$ option also.

Isn't it possible that BMW is just painting the carbon roof, you know, like most people who use carbon?

Please let this be real. The G20 is soooo bland and boring and the G80 spy shots looks just like an F80 with G20 lights, boooooriiiiing.

The diffuser make all the difference, at a glance it indeed look like some tacked on sh*t quality and finish garage shop product but that is all due to the floor reflection.

Now the M3 will finally be better finished in the rear like the M5 was with the E60 and F10 instead of a big nothing with a full diaper silencer lurking. If it’s real that is which I’m certainly not sure it is.

I do slightly prefer the E60and F10 M5 version of horizontal exhaust framing though making it look like open cannon lids on a battleship instead of these vertical versions.

Likely no coincidence.

FI = lower emissions and better mpg.
Narrow tires = lower emissions and better mpg.

the diffuser looks unfinished, especially because it is so squared off above the exhaust tips. maybe there is another trim piece that mounts on top. exhaust pipes also look too small compared to recent M's like the M8.
