Help with a missing part/nut

Hello, I have lost this nut. Does anyone know the part number? or the size? I know I used a 10mm to remove it. I'm guessing this is for the headlight leveling but not sure.

But i was installing lowering springs and misplaced this nut when working on the car.

Any info anyone can give me I would appreciate it.

Use a thread gauge/checker. Or remove the the other side and find a matching one at Home Depot.
