Have a 2022 M340i on order, due to be delivered around July, and I'm trying to line up a shop for PPF and ceramic coat.

I was thinking of doing a front-end install (bumper, partial hood, mirror caps) with the back side of all the wheel arches for PPF, and a full ceramic coat.

Firstly, I've never done this to a car before, so any general suggestions?

Secondly, does anyone have a good shop around the Franklin, MA area they can recommend?

My suggestion is not to do the partial hood, and go for the full hood. No matter what anyone will tell you, the line on the hood is visible and only becomes more visible as the ppf ages and collects dirt. Plus with the amount of larger suvs driving around these days, rocks are kicked up higher and higher so that added protection of the entire hood is well worth it in my opinion.

I can’t recommend Craft Detailing in Dedham enough. I’ve sent two cars to them for PPF and Opti Coat Pro Plus and I’ve been extremely pleased.

If you don't mind me asking, what package did you end up going with?
Worried about standard plus having that line on the front quarter panels that eventually becomes (more) visible.

According to the images on their website, there's no wheel well protection unless you go full coverage. Think mud-flap area, where a lot of debris gets kicked up. Maybe I'm overthinking it as a newbie.

I went with standard partial fender and hood. Next time I will do full fender and hood. You can barely see the line but I have some nicks that could have been avoided
