m340 not pulling
So i have had a weird experience where i was in first gear and when I floored It, it felt as if i was flooring it in 3rd gear from 0mph and when i hit 3-4k rpm is when it finally started going at speed. usually with m340s the cars are quick and move very fast at low rpms but it felt very laggy. then the next day the issue disappeared like nothing happened. never got any codes or any lights in the car. i am scared if something is wrong with the trans or if i have a boost leak. anyone got any thoughts?

DSC on or off? Mine falls on its face hard when there is wheel spin. I turn off DSC and no issues.

Happens to me sometimes also. I'm not tuned yet. From a launch get full power its only from a roll in manual mode in 1st gear. I can do 2nd gear pulls with no
power cut. I took mine to the dealer and they found nothing. Has anyone found the solution to this issue? |

Hey actually I’ve been having this problem too I’m tuned on MHD stage 2, I alwase get a DME interface times out code never any check engine lights or anything it just happens out of nowhere I think I know a few things that might cause this, #1 the car is running too hot, also could be the gas, oddly when I went E40 this problem stopped, also I notice that this happens mainly when I’m in comfort and as soon as I floor it it just doesn’t go until like 4-5k RPM’s. Other than that I really don’t know what the problem might be.

I have MHD and can do it through that. Otherwise, I think bimmerlink might be able to do it. Not sure if there is a button sequence to a hidden menu that allows you to do a throttle reset. |
