From what I can tell, this thing is going to look incredible. Boring 3-series tail lights fixed (3-er getting these at LCI??), nice roof profile, and hopefully some good looking kidney grilles and lights to round it off. I'm actually hoping for taller kidney grilles this time around. Looking at the F30/F32 on the streets, the kidneys are too horizontal and boring. Feel the same about the F15 X5. I am starting to appreciate what they've done with the latest X5 and X7 more and more. I think we will see some of this design language in the new 4-series. Can't wait to see it fully unveiled!

Well it's rumored that the g80 will have 500+ horsepower in competition form and the M xdrive from the m5. It's also supposed to get much larger grilles so it's definitely going to look much different and arguably be much faster

I would argue it may be the best M4 and M3 yet. Time will tell . Clearly it will be very fast with 500+ hp and AWD , just how fast? 2.8 0-60? As far as looks we will see soon, personally I can't wait

Mine F90 did 2.8 with 850HP didn't try with sticker tires but that could be down to maybe 2.6 sec M3/4 might do it in 3.1 Picture below it 0-60 on winter tires 3.05

Will those brakes even stop the car? They look like Tahoe brakes under 24" dubs.

You can option the CCB. I will do this on mine and add some forged aluminum wheels and there you have about 80lbs less unsprung weight.

No for two reasons, you still have to get a US-spec car and there aren’t any 6MT G2x vehicles over there, either.

Looking at the roofline I'm a bit afraid there won't be enough headroom for the passengers in the back seats, like in the 8er coupe. Would be a bit weird since this wasn't the case with the predecessors.
Since that's the reason why I had to remove the 8er coupe from my list, I was hoping this will not be the case with the new 4er. |
