Anyone thinking about this, it took 9 days from ordering the exhaust to receiving it at my door. Way quicker than expected.

Hey man, mine just finished production and they sent over pictures. Did the exhaust hangers coming out of the muffler look like mine? Mine look different than the pictures on the listing and different than others that have purchased from this seller.

Mine look a lot more linear than the pictures posted on their listing.

For starters, before I had this current Ali Baba exhaust installed I had an AA axle back. The sound was good, not the loudest, but a good tone nevertheless. The AA system did have some extremely annoying drone that would occur at 1.5-2k rpms which is right where the car cruises at in comfort and eco, so for me it was basically sports plus manual shifting or deal with drone 24/7. The exhaust tips on the AA system were also a bit big for my liking and they also stuck out way more than I would've liked since there is this little metal brace in between the two tail pipes on the right side that prevents the tip from going in flush with the diffuser. On the Ali baba system there are two valves instead of the retained oem valve on the AA system which I assume is why the Ali system is so much quieter than the AA system was with the valves closed. The tips on the Ali system are also better sized and exactly what I was looking for size wise, plus they can be pushed all the way flush with the diffuser. Sound wise, the Ali system is a good bit louder than the AA system and also a lot more quiet than the AA system with the valves closed and [...]

Do you mind sending a picture of the exhaust before you installed it? Or the one the seller sends you after it’s been completed? I got mine but the exhaust hangers coming out of the mufflers look different… I purchased from the same seller as you.

I've seen some BMW full catbacks with shipping as low as $180

How did you go about routing the wires for the valve controls into the trunk? Did you pull off the cover of the fuse box and route it down through there?

I just got the alibaba exhaust installed and it sounds insane… only issue is i’m getting drone at 2k rpm regardless of the flaps being opened or closed. Do you have this issue?

Also, how exactly does the remote work. There is only one button but it’s like a 2 tiered remote. Not really sure how to work it quite yet.

The remote has 2 buttons at the top half before the curve is one and the central locations after is the second one. I’ll take a picture and draw illustrations showing the exact location when I can get to mine, i also have the buttons paired to my garage opener as well!

I would really appreciate that! It’s a bit confusing to me… are there technically 3 settings on the button? Parts of the remote click twice with one press, like there are 2 tiers to it..
