I am trying to purchase new wheels that are 19x9 and 10x9. The only thing I'm worried about is what tires are safe for my Xdrive. does anyone recommend any sizes? I heard the difference has to be 1 percent of the diameter or something but that's all so confusing. my current setup is 225/45/18 and 255/40/118. someone please help. thank you

It depends on the offset of your wheels but I’m going with 285/40 and 255/45 PS5’s on mine.

I’ll assume you mean 19x10 not 10x9?

I did 245/40 and 275/35 as recommended by Apex.

19x9 28 offset front and 19x10 35 offset.

I’m in the process of upgrading to 19x9 & 19x10 wheels from HRE. Will be going with 245/40/19 & 285/35/19 which is 0.7% circumference variation or less than recommended 1.1%.
