Run flat question

I'm picking up my M340 this week. It comes with the squared 225/40/19 Run Flats...

I wanna get the 245/40/19 Michelin AS 3 go flats...

Question is...you guys/gals normally keep the tires when it's time to return it? Sell them? Is there a good website? Sell them here on the classified forum?

I would keep them if you're returning at the end of the lease. Run flats can be expensive to buy and you won't get much for them if you're selling. People low ball like crazy, it's ridiculous.
