It's a real class action lawsuit and you evidently owned or used to own a car that is included. You need to have replaced your electric water pump in the first 7 years or 80,000 (?) miles. If you have a copy of the work done by a BMW authorized repair shop and proof of payment for that work - i.e. a credit card statement or cancelled check - then you can submit a claim online or by mail. Like all class action settlements your payment may be limited by the number of people in the class. In my experience the amount you could potentially receive has the decimal point in the wrong spot. If you could receive $1,000, your actual payout might be $100. Worth participating in if you meet the criteria and have the paperwork.

Ahhh I see. Thanks for explaining. Wasn't sure if it's legit or not. I had 2 E92s but never had the water pump problem... guess I am not qualified lol
