Called BMW Genius and was told the car is waiting vessel assignment at the port. How can I check the vessel schedule and try to find out the vessel it might end up being on?

Where is your dealer located?

MyBMW says "At the Port" since June 27. There was a boat that left Bremerhaven on July 6, which will go to the port in NY. What are the chances my car is on that boat?! This part feels so long!

Car is at the Port in NJ now. Been there since 7/23. Stop sale is still on it and there is no estimate for resolution. There is an open work order for the chip to be installed at the port. I call BMW genius everyday for an update. Nothing new yet…

Thanks......waiting is the hard part but well worth it in the end....I had a Stop Sale on my 2017 M2 that held it up for a couple of weeks but I enjoyed that car immensely until I got the M340i which was delayed from March until May last year due to covid...

My M440i convertible is scheduled to be built next week so here we go again...

After 6 months of waiting since I ordered this car, I finally took deliver on Aug 6th, 2021. This is so far easily the best car I've owned. Such a joy to drive!

Very nice! I haven't yet seen that color on the street but this is the same color scheme (arctic race blue ext. /cognac int./no shadowline/cerium wheels with blue calipers) I intend to get.

My order was placed on 07/13 and it got on a ship in Germany yesterday after sitting at the port for almost 2 weeks....

Port. All installations need to be completed prior to being released to carrier.

Unsure if the radio fix is affecting g22s. Camera retrofits for parking assistance package more than likely is if you optioned for it. If you don't have either problems, barring some freak accident that happened while shipping, you're probably just going to be waiting on a carrier.

Well I'm not sure if my car needs retrofitting parts or if the Performance Center is booked up but car gets into Charleston on 9/07 and the earliest they could schedule delivery was 9/30.....

I used to park at the garage overlooking the loading/unloading yard for those BMW container ships. If only I could pick one up there.

That sucks. It'll be here but you can't pick it up? Mine might make it to the dealer by then. I guess they get you at one end of the process or the other!
