Removed this from my car a few months ago (went for something more aggressive), this is an OEM M performance Carbon fibre rear spoiler. Was installed originally by BMW so used their glue but can be installed with 3m as my current spoiler is.

It's used and will need some fine sanding and clear coat as it had some lacquer peel which I wasn't able to resolve but is the genuine carbon fibre spoiler so if you can put in a little work, grab yourself a bargain. Even without this added work, it still looks great.
