Hey man,

Debating 245s up front. Re: the DSC issues, any chance you could share what happened. Would really appreciate the insight/help!

Cheers.
Yes I had the wrong profile in the rear (265/30) so the rolling diameter was too much different to the front. With xdrive there are tolerances that were exceeded. 245 up front and 265 /35 in the rear work perfectly. Most likely no issue if not xdrive

Thanks! Makes sense.

Got the x drive.

Context: My BMW dealer service foreman said he was worried about different than OE size, that the DSC was configured for that setup. So was worried and thought to clarify your comment. Appreciate the help.

245s up front sound awesome. Looked close to the strut but glad based on your experience there's no rubbing against the strut when the tire deflects at speed.

Thanks!

I thinking about doing the 245 up front and 265 /35 in the rear. Sorry for bumping old thread.

Learn anything from the experience? I'm about to switch up mine for the summer

So my m340i came with square 225’s, and the sticker in the door says 225 square all around.

Just to clarify, moving the rear to 255 should not cause issues (im talking about mirroring the wheels and tires that come with the factory track pack).

Looks and works perfectly. I had slight rubbing on full lock after I added the spacers. No big deal though.
