Correction. My car is an auto but through many years of driving, I've gotten used to pulling a handbrake. It just brings me comfort.

Oh! I thought u had a stick, either way, manual handbrake will always be preferred.

The auto e-brake frees up lots of space on the console. I guarantee that if you own a car with an brake, you get accustomed to it quickly.
