Hi,

Have the following lease offer on a brand new 2020 m340i xDrive.

MSRP: $63820
Selling price: $57k
Off msrp: 10.7%
Adjusted Cap: $53,223.80
Residual: 61%
MF: 00128
Loyalty incentive: $2000
Dealer incentive: $1776.20
down: $3500 (total out of pocket which includes fees etc)
monthly: $584 (includes tax)
Term: 36 months
Miles: 10k/yr
MSD: no

I do like it and I am moving forward but curious to hear thoughts.

You'd need to state what incentives you are getting along with what was the % off MSRP is. Only then can a more accurate response be given. Also state lease term and mileage. 3500 out of pocket is a lot, any MSDs or is this a straight down payment?

Based on what you’ve posted it looks like a good deal. Your monthly payment is less than 1% of the MSRP which is the general goal. Is any of that $3,500 out of pocket a down payment? If so divide that amount by 36 and add it to the monthly payment and that will give your true monthly cost.

It's only 1% if you add the cost of the down payment into your monthly and remove the tax, that'll tell you the base if a good deal or not.
