Finally took delivery after a long 5 month wait and decided to have PPF and ceramic coating done. Vehicle went straight from the dealership and when I picked up my car a week later there was a half inch chip/scratch on the rear bumper. OFC they're denying it was them and that it must've been there from when I took delivery but I checked over the vehicle thoroughly on delivery day and would've noticed this. They've agreed to cover the cost of the repair and I'm looking for the best place/way to fix this. Also dropped by the dealership last week and was told they don't make touch up paint in Brooklyn grey as the colour is too new.
P.S. I'm posting this in the G20 forum as there is no local section in the G42 TIA for any recommendations!

If you took your time and built up layers using a toothpick, I bet you could get that back to almost perfect looking.
