OMG. Tweet is for everything? This is really screwed up. You're requiring us to sign up for tweet in order to post or see posts?

you don't need to sign up for anything. just ignore it or else go to your "user cp" and user details and at the bottom disable the tweet thing.

Not sure how you came the conclusion that you have to tweet in order to post.... See the button that says "Post Reply" or "New Topic", thats how you post.
